| Most orders placed before 2pm are shipped same day using UPS Ground. Unless otherwise requested, orders are shipped using either UPS Ground, Standard FedEx or USPS Priority Mail. We occassionally may ship orders using a more expedited shipping method at no additional cost to the customer. Shipping costs are calculated during checkout depending on the weight of the total order and the destination shipping address. You must have items in your shopping cart to calculate shipping charges. When you have completed your order, you will be provided an order number for checking on the status of your order online. As soon as your order ships, you will be emailed a shipping tracking number. To check the status of your order, please login to your Account Admin Returns & Exchanges - We take great pride in shipping your orders accurately and promptly. Any incorrect shipment or shortages must be made known to DMS within 7 days of Invoice date.
- After 7 days, all defective OEM accessory product/warranty issues must be taken to the manufacturer.
- Merchandise that is out of warranty, has been physically damaged, abused, misused or neglected, will be returned to the customer unprocessed.
- All returns on non-defective merchandise returned after 7 days of invoice will be subject to a 20% handling and restocking fee.
- Credit cannot be issued until DMS tests and inspects all merchandise prior to making a determination on disposition of the returned product.
- All returns of non-defective merchandise must be in original packaging and complete to receive credit (any returns with defaced original packaging will be returned).
- The customer is responsible for all freight charges on returns.
- It is extremely important that detailed instructions regarding the symptoms and all problems are thoroughly explained in writing below.
- DMS is not responsible for parts attached or unattached to the authorized products that are returned to DMS, but not listed on the RMA request form.
- All returns should be shipped via UPS, Airborne/DHL, FEDEX or Certified Mail in order to assure tracking capabilities. DMS assumes no responsibility for any return merchandise damaged or lost in transit.
- RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from issue date; returns received with invalid or missing RMA numbers will be refused.
- Your RMA# will be given to you after submission of a completed Return Authorization request email to DMS.
